This website is owned and operated by the Workforce Training Assoicates. This website offers visitors resources and access to events (in-person & virtual). CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY (EVENTS)
The cancellation deadline is 30 days before the conference begins. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellations will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee. Please submit cancellations to info@wrkforce.org. Refunds will take 4-6 weeks post-conference.
SUBSTITUTES
After the cancellation deadline, you are responsible for full payment. However, Attendance Substitutes are acceptable.

Please email the substitute’s first and last name, cellphone (for registration purposes) as well as their job title and organization affiliation to info@wrkforce.org for name tag and registration purposes as early as possible. Also, please include your name and organization in the email.
No shows are subject to full payment of conference; NO REFUNDS will be given.

ATTENTION NOTICE OF FILMING MOBILIZE SUMMIT 2022 AND ITS RELATED ACTIVITIES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “EVENT”) ARE PHOTOGRAPHED, FILMED AND RECORDED. YOUR IN-PERSON OR ONLINE ENTRY OR ATTENDANCE IS YOUR AGREEMENT (1) TO BEING PHOTOGRAPHED, FILMED, RECORDED, AND INTERVIEWED; (2) TO THE USE OF YOUR NAME, LIKENESS, IMAGE, VOICE, STATEMENTS, AND PERFORMANCES AND ANY DERIVATIVES THEREOF BY MOBILIZE SUMMIT 2022 AND ITS AFFILIATES, TRANSFEREES AND LICENSEES FOR ANY PURPOSES, MANNERS, MEDIUMS, AND FORMS, AND WITHOUT ANY APPROVALS, CREDIT OR COMPENSATION; (3) YOU HAVE NO COPYRIGHT OR OTHER RIGHTS IN ANY SUCH PHOTOGRAPHS, FILMS, TAPINGS, OR RECORDINGS OR ANY DERIVATIVES THEREOF; AND (4) YOU UNCONDITIONALLY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS MOBILIZE SUMMIT 2022 AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, TRANSFEREES, AGENTS, AND LICENSEES AGAINST ANY CLAIMS OF ANY KIND YOU HAVE OR MAY IN THE FUTURE HAVE RELATING TO THESE SUBJECT MATTERS.
